Our services
The centre provides family, psychological and educational counselling and recognised assessments by specialists. The centre does not provide emergency services. If you or someone else is in danger, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital right away.
Booking
- A request sent through the site is a booking request; it becomes an appointment once the centre confirms it.
- Times are shown in the chosen branch's local time.
- You confirm the details you enter are correct and that you are entitled to book for the person the session is for.
- The centre may propose another time when needed and will contact you about it.
Changes and cancellation
You can change or cancel your appointment from the private link you receive with your reference number up to 24 hours before it, and after that by contacting the branch. [State the no-show policy and any fee.]
