Frequently asked questions
Short answers about booking, confidentiality and our services. If your question isn't here, we're listening.
19 questions
01 Is the session confidential?
Yes, completely. Confidentiality is the heart of our work: your case notes are stored encrypted, only the specialists handling your case can see them, your request is known by a reference number that never shows your name, and we never share your details.
02 How long is a session?
Usually between 45 and 60 minutes depending on the service. The length is shown on each service page and in the booking summary before you send your request.
03 How much does a session cost?
It depends on the service and the branch. The price is shown on each service page, when you choose a branch while booking, and in the booking summary and confirmation — no surprises.
04 Is the session in person or remote?
Both: when booking you choose an in-person session at the branch or a remote one (video or phone), and the branch sends you the call details beforehand. A few services are in person only — the booking form shows it.
05 Can I choose my consultant?
Yes. Meet our consultants on the "Our consultants" page, then pick a preferred consultant in the last booking step or from their profile; the centre confirms it with your appointment. If you don't choose, the centre matches you with the best fit.
06 Can I cancel or change my appointment?
Yes — from the private link you receive with your reference number, up to 24 hours before the appointment. After that, please contact the branch directly.
07 How do I pay?
You pay at the branch when you attend. For remote sessions, the branch sends you the payment details together with the call details before your appointment.
08 Is insurance accepted?
For questions about insurance cover, contact us on WhatsApp or our contact number before booking and we will explain what is possible.
09 Can I book a session for someone else?
Yes — you can book for a family member and leave the right contact details. It is best if the person is aware of and agrees to the appointment; for children's sessions a parent or guardian attends.
10 Does psychological counselling mean I have a mental illness?
No. Counselling is a safe space to understand what you are going through — worry, stress, sadness or relationship difficulties — and to deal with it in practical steps. Many people who come to us are facing ordinary life situations and simply want specialist support.
11 How do I book a session?
On the "Book your session" page choose the service, then the branch and session type (in person or remote), then a day and time, and leave your contact details. You get a reference number straight away and the centre contacts you to confirm. You can also book on WhatsApp or by calling our contact number 058 339 9284.
12 When is my appointment confirmed?
After you send your request, the branch team reviews it and contacts you to confirm, using the contact method you chose. If you gave an email address, you also get a confirmation email.
13 Where are your branches?
We have branches in Riyadh, Jeddah and Taif in Saudi Arabia, and in Doha, Dubai and London. Addresses, opening hours and maps are on the Branches page.
14 Who provides the counselling?
Qualified counsellors and specialists in family, psychological and educational counselling, drawing on social work and psychology.
15 What assessments do you offer?
We offer nineteen internationally recognised psychological, educational and social assessments — see the Assessments page. Your specialist decides which suit your case.
16 Do you counsel children and teenagers?
Yes — we offer dedicated counselling for children and teenagers with specialists, with parents taking part in sessions when needed.
17 Do you offer free consultations?
We offer free consultations for people in special circumstances. Contact the branch to find out how it works.
18 In which language are sessions held?
Sessions are held in Arabic; sessions in English are available at our London branch.
19 What should I do in an emergency?
The centre does not provide emergency services. If you or a family member are in danger, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital right away.
