Sumoo Al-Fikr Family Counseling Center ("the centre", "we") provides family, psychological and educational counselling at its branches in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE and the United Kingdom. This policy explains how we collect, protect and use your information when you visit sumooalfikr.com, book a session or contact us.
Confidentiality is the heart of our work, and we treat everything you share with us with the utmost care.

What we collect
When you book a session: your name, mobile number, email (optional), preferred contact method, the branch, service and time, a description of your situation if you choose to write one, and your answers to any extra questions on the booking form. We also record when you accepted this policy and the IP address of the request, for security.
When you message us: your name, contact details and message.
When you browse the site: we count daily visits to each page without storing your address or any personal identifier. If Google Analytics is enabled, it collects general technical information about the visit (such as device type, approximate city and pages viewed) using cookies; we never send it your name, booking details or reference number.
How we use it
- To arrange and confirm your appointment, contact you about it, and send reminders or change notices.
- So the specialist handling your case can see what they need to counsel you well.
- To answer your enquiries.
- To improve our services and website using general statistics that do not identify you.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Confidentiality and security
- Your case description, answers and the specialists' notes are stored encrypted, so they cannot be read even by someone with direct access to the database.
- Only centre staff who need your information to serve you can see it, with defined permissions, and every opening of a booking file is logged.
- The website runs over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- The private link for managing your appointment is secret — please don't share it.
Who we share it with
We share your information only as far as necessary with:
- the technical providers we rely on (website hosting, email delivery and Google Analytics), under confidentiality obligations;
- official authorities where the law requires it, or where there is a serious risk to someone's life or safety.
